Permanent site

The Fulham Boys School’s permanent home will be at Heckfield Place, right in the heart of Fulham.

The Education Funding Agency’s proposal for redeveloping the site – including FBS’s purpose-built home –  was approved by H&F’s planning committee in September 2016.

FBS has been working closely with the EFA and its team of architects to design a school to meet our needs, from Year 7 to Upper Sixth. The outline plans for this landmark site can be seen below.   Preliminary work is now underway and we are currently scheduled to move into our new home in January 2019.  We will keep parents posted on timescale.

The site has been sold to the EFA by the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime as Fulham Police Station is underused and outdated. The redevelopment of the site will include; a Police Front Counter, maintaining the current police public access provision for the communities of Fulham, The Fulham Boys School, nine new homes and facilities available for possible community use.

The designs have been developed by Architecture Initiative.
