Lijssenthoek Militarty Cemetery, where 35 different nationalities are represented, boys were listening to stories of the importance of women in WW1.

New Foundland regiment memorial – Amazing site to remember those who lost their lives. A moment to think about the sacrifice of the Newfoundland regiment on 1st July 1916 at Beaumont Hamel.

Tyne Cot, an amazing place to contemplate everything we have seen and remember those who will never come home.

Really harrowing and thought provoking memorial outside where Jewish people were processed for deportation to concentration camps.

A memorial to a group of incredible women who, in 1943 protested in this square to have their Jewish husbands released from going to Auschwitz, and after 4 weeks of daily protests, they won.

Really striking images of the atrocities carried out by the Nazi’s in the Topography of Terror Museum.
