Huw Edwards Visit
At FBS we always aim to inspire our young men to ‘aim high and think big’, so we were delighted to be able to invite in Huw Edwards, news reader at the BBC, to talk to the boys about a career in broadcast journalism. The boys were gripped for an hour as Huw spoke of his experiences during his time at the BBC. He answered the many questions the boys had, before spending a further hour talking to a smaller group of boys about the news articles they had written as part of their English lessons. It was an absolute pleasure to have Huw in school and we look forward to his next visit to FBS!
