Virtual Sports Day 2020

VIRTUAL SPORTS DAY RESULTS

HERE

The Sports Department will be running a Virtual Sports Day. The rationale behind this is to engage the boys physically, kick start the house system competitions and ultimately get the boys out of the house. Sports Day is also a great way to show the Enterprise Skills and Christian Values, the pillars that The Fulham Boys School is built on.

The competition will consist of 12 events. The boys will be able to compete in as many of the events as they want.

The events will need to be completed over two days: June 11th and 12th.

There is a Google Form set up in the Virtual Sports Day Classroom for all of the following events:

All boys are able to enter as many of the competitions as they like. They will need to visit the Virtual Sports Day Google Classroom and fill in the Google Form provided for each event.

On the form they will need to answer their name, their house and their score for each event. They will also need to upload a video of them completing the event as proof. This will need to be filmed and then uploaded onto their Google Drive account.
On each of the Google Forms there is a professional competitor doing the event, a video of a teacher completing the event and instructions on how to carry out the event.

The events will be scored on a participation basis; the more events entered the more points gained. You will receive 1 point for for 1 event, 3 for for 2, 5 for 3, 7 for 4, 10 for 5, 12 for 6, 15 for 7, 18 for 8, 21 for 9, 24 for 10, 30 for 11 and 40 for 12.

If your parents do the event, as well, your score will be doubled.

Get out! Compete. Do your best! Have fun!
